Portrait of Oliver Dulić, Minister of Environment, Mining and Spatial Planning in the Gouvernment of Serbia, during an interview for Econom:east magazine.
Lately, I’ve started liking this atmosphere in portraits of politicians and businessman. My friend and colleague Saša calls it “Allan Ford effect,” refering to this portrait of Rasim Ljajić. And another photo that’s similar, but much more depressing, is this portrait of a bankar.

Interior of the National observatory’s library. The library is such an inspirational place! Its a real shame that the whole complex is in such a bad condition.

I toned this photograph to show the overall mood of the interviewee, which I found to be quite… gray. Not a classical corporate portrait, and it might not appear as the next Ekonom:east magazine interview opener, but at least I got my creative cells occupied. And that’s good.
Playboy party in Tito’s train begins!
Marija of Abonos band, portrait with a guitar. I think I should forward this to the guitar manufecturer, they might like it. Oh, who wouldn’t? *innocent*
Roma kids portrait update. This girl looked rather strange, a bit frightened but still in a mood for posing. Arms crossed like that could mean ‘defense’, and looking at the environment… well, it just confirms the emotion, at least for me. The huge billboard in the background strikes me the most, almost giving that ‘red-light-district’ atmosphere.
Then I look at her ‘protecting’ her stomach…
What’s your impression?
